Washer was serviced by Sayed on 2/14/26. On 2/15, I thought that washer was not working & I ordered service for Monday morning 2/16. Then, upon further investigation, I discovered that the electrical outlet was not working well & power was going on and off. Neighbor replaced the outlet which corrected this problem. I called and canceled my service order with comment "fixed it myself." Sayed came this morning 2/17 & verified that there was no longer any problem. I much appreciated his checking up on me!
