Review of Domingo
Domingo was FABULOUS! The is not the first time Domingo has been to our house. Once again, he was courteous, friendly, intelligent, efficient; he really knew his work. However, your new system of my only being able to make arrangements and talk to a machine were horrible. So horrible - I have no plans to renew my service protection plan. For only one example - I got a call a half hour after Domingo left tonight telling me that he would be here in half an hour.

My washer/dryer combo had a challenging issue to locate, but Lew took the time to troubleshoot and fix it. He even called the manufacturer to double-check the codes and ensure he hadn't missed anything, ensuring that the machine was working properly. Lew was polite and professional!

technicians alway great, work quick and very knowledgeable. Only issue i have is with sear system itself alway rescheduling and canceling appointments

Start quickly, diagnose the problem with the washing machine and got parts ordered. Parts were here two days later and Stewart was here the next day install the parts and everything is working fine. He explained what the problem was and kept me informed as the when to expect the replacement parts and when he would be back.
