Brandon was on time this morning and gave us updates as to his location on his way to our house. Once here he asked us the details as to what the washer was . He diagnosed the issues, verified the problems and came up with the true problem. Brandon was very professional and polite. Next time we have a appliance issue, Brandon at Sears will be our go to person. We were 100% satisfied with the process and outcome.
