Sears scheduling service poor. They have switched to all AI, no live people to speak with anymore. Did not receive service updates, took two appointments and two days of missed work to get repair complete. One appointment no show, 2nd appointment thankfully Carlos was on the job and got the washer working!

Ralpph was very good - explained everything he was doing and so far so good, only thing that was not good was trying to get ahold of Sears, would not let me chat, no phone # and would not let me write anything about having dogs, locked gates, etc.
