Great experience. They responded quickly, showed up when scheduled, and identified the problem with my washer right away. I did not proceed with the repairs because I could purchase a new one for about the same price. I am satisfied with my overall customer experience and will call Sears Home Services if I have additional needs in the future.

Alex was a pleasure to have in my home. Sears AI communications has to stop. Alex was great, but I may not hire Sears ever again because of the useless AI texting and email communications that I received while waiting an entire day for service. AI kept moving the arrival time back later and later, and then after 5:00pm, AI just cancelled on me. Then I had to reschedule for another day…. That day same thing 8:00-12:00 arrival kept moving later and later until Alex contacted me and arrived at 4:30. Terrible terrible AI.
