Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, Fixed my problem. Sears has handicapped their tech with all the automation with AI. It's not the technician, it's Sears has degraded in customer service

Juan, quickly overcame the issue of moving the washer from a very tight spot by using a trick only learned through experience, then ran the diagnostics, and found low water pressure as a possible cause. After cleaning the filters on the cold and hot water hoses entrance washing machine started to work. He answered all our questions while the tests were being run.
