Casey is the epitome oh the perfect repairman. He explained everything and fixed my machine. I wish you had sent him at the very beginning. I'd rate him 5 star. The first repair person you sent came 3 different times and was unable to fix the problem. I think you should have sent someone else earlier. I think it's reasonable to expect a successful repair at the first appointment. In this case parts had to be ordered so another appointment was needed and that was understandable. 4 visits over 2 1/2 weeks was not the greatest service. I also think it would be helpful if you would provide a better window in telling when the repair person would be arriving—maybe morning or afternoon.
