I appreciate the service given by Greg. He tried to replicate the issue we saw, but adjusted a few things and was honest, that nothing major was going on. There's peace of mind now for us, especially that I'm not spending an arm and a leg on repair or replacement, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Greg and this company to anyone!
