Jonathan is an excellent service provider. He really knows what he's doing! The previous man ordered parts for my machine, bur was supposed to order 2. Instead, he only ordered one. Jonathan came, realized that the parts weren't there, and proceeded to test my washer. He determined that the requested parts were unnecessary, and thet the problem was with the water pump bushings. Jonathan was pleasant, helpful, and extremely competent. I highly recommend him for a bonus, raise, or other award for excellent service.
