We were worried there would be a problem with us declining further service, since we were able to fix our washer ourselves, but Mr. Guoxiong arranged for our refund straightaway, with no haggling or need for further explanations. He was great.

Mr. Israel, is very professional and knowledgeable about my washer. And he was very helpful and patient with me. Very nice stand up guy! I would recommend him. I wish that I could get him anytime I need help with any of my appliances.

Good repair. Just would suggest adding some live people to call in center while tech were still in the field on Saturday. It was not possible to track or talk to anybody. AI might save you money but when it can not answer your customers questions it's just bad customer service. I hope somebody calls me from your office. GZ
