Thorough and knowable
Our technician, Dan, was very thorough. He diagnosed the issues with our washer quickly. He gave us use and maintenance tips that were a real added value. Dan represents Sears at a high level of customer service.

A work around for the washer was recommended by the technician. However, as a consumer, I feel, I now have a GE washer that can only work if I half it's stated capacity and use heavy wash cycles, even if doing normal washes, to achieve a some how decent wash.
