Very helpful. He made a special trip to obtain the needed parts in order to get us running the same day. These comments have nothing to do with Curtis F they, pertain to your system : can not get to a live person its all AI generated and that SUCKS! Updates on arrival times of service personnel can be improved. I waited 2 hours beyond arrival window and that is a waste of my time.

Mr Perez was the ultimate professional. He came in diagnosed the problem, explained the situation to me and the solution to the problem. In the future if I had any problem with my washer or dryer I would like to have Mr Perez as my repairman.
