Within 1 day my washer is fixed, nothing more frustrating than broken appliances. The part needed was available and on hand so I wasn't without a washer for a day. The next day service was lucky and great timing but I'm extremely happy. Keep up the great customer service! 😊

Took a couple of visits to figure out the issue, but I did get my washer fixed. It took longer than expected, but once it was figured out, the parts were ordered, and the installation was fast!

Isidro communicates with me, when he is coming, to service my washer. Previous technician's no communication & don't show up, which I wasted my whole day, & Sears has to reschedule me again. Isidro get the job done & listen to my complaints about my washer. Sears needs to treat their technicians with better working conditions & not overload their work load. Also your routing, U schedule them from town, to Leeward, to Windward, keep your technician working in the same district! This is why U loose good worker's. Keep up the good job, Isidro!!

Unfortunately, Charlie was covering for the original technician that was assigned to us between 8AM and noon arrival. Charlie received our house call after noon, but arrived at 1:30. Charlie was able to determine the failed part within minutes, but had to order the part. Based on the quoted cost, we declined the repair and looking to replace the clothes washer.
