He was efficient and had impeccable customer service. He fixed my machine in less than 1 hour. I almost gave up on Sears.....but look what happened. Thank you for loving and doing your job. You are welcome in my home anytime.

A local repairman replaced the washer lock, thinking that was the issue. He unknowingly set a lock on the control. Then he thought the control module was bad. Will from Sears diagnosed the problem quickly and now washer is operating correctly

Professional, courteous, and methodical. Repaired dryer but listened to complaint about noise from washer. Inspected washer and said springs should be replaced and washer will be more efficient when it spins dry.
