Joshua came to my house twice; once to give an estimate and the next to fix the problem after the parts came in. The washer is working fine thanks to him and I would highly recommend Joshua - he knew what he was doing!

Andy came when expected, had the tools and know-how to install the part, which had already come, opened the machine, removed the defective part, and installed the new part. He checked it for basic operation, closed everything up, and left the laundry room as he found it.

Conrad helped us with our washing machine repair. He assessed it thoroughly and figured out which parts needed to be ordered. The parts took longer than we had hoped. Then unfortunately, Sears Home Services had some kind of glitch in their system and our appointment kept getting pushed out a week even though the parts came in. Conrad was very helpful keeping us informed of the status and he had to keep pushing them to add us back to his route to complete the job. Once he came back he made the necessary repairs and part replacement and our machine is back in working order.
