Roy quickly found the problem with my 9 year old Kenmore washer. He explained what would need to be done to fix the leaking bearing and the cost. He recommended a new washer and a list he recommended along with recommending getting a 3 year warranty. I got my new washer the next day and is working great. I am am letting others at work to get Roy for their next washer repair.

Stephen was awesome. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Figured out we needed a part that he could source locally and picked it up on his own. We got back up and running and everything is perfect. Love to have him back!
