Jacob was truly amazing. He kept his promise to come and look at my washer. It was the third time I had an appointment and no one came. The only person that came was Jacob. He then informed me that the tranmission on my machine was no good. He tried to get the piece needed but they no longer made it for my machine. This was the second time that Jacob came to fix my washer. I would recommend him to anyone

The repairman was prompt and very professional and timely. He was not responsible for the big delay in receiving the parts that was very inconvenient with very poor response from Sears. The phone service is control was AI and it is impossible to speak to a live person. Sears you must do better
