Michael provided excellent service today once again on our washing machine. I'm sure the part that he replaced today had already been replaced once or twice before. Marcus arrived on time, presented himself cordially and proceeded to address the problem with the washing machine. Within fifteen minutes of operational testing he informed me of the necessary repairs with the associated cost. Owing to the fact that the unit was fourteen years old, I elected go reject the proposed repair based upon the repair versus replacement costs. Marcus then prepared the billing and receipt documentation along with my refusal of further service. He exhibited a very professional demeanor throughout his visit and I would certainly recall him for any further service.
