John came out due to my washer would not start, because the door would not lock. Guess it didn't want to be fixed because it worked, when he started it. I told him It only does it intermitted. John let me know that it couldn't be fixed until it happens more frequently or stopped. Lucky for me I did take a video and was able to show him what it does when it does shut down. Thank you so much John for your patient and explaining thing to me. Great customer service. Kudos!

Steve is a one of a kind technician and really knows his stuff! I was very impressed not just by his professionalism but by the care he takes in his work. He even gave me some pointers on how to extend the life of my washer. Not just a great technician but a great human being as well. Sears is lucky to have an employee like this, (Trust me, they are rare), you would do well to do what you can to keep him.

Samuel was very competent and pleasant. Please get rid of your AI "assistants." "AI Richard" was a disaster sending out incorrect text messages and failing to coordinate the repair of my washer and my dryer. The latter issue was never conveyed.
