Brandon was very expedient and did a thorough job troubleshooting and determining what was causing water to leak from my washer/dryer unit. With the assistance of the phone technician, they determined the unit needs to be replaced, and Brandon said the warranty team would call in a couple days, but probably not over the weekend, so maybe by Tuesday. I have yet to hear from the warranty team to schedule this installation. So, Brandon 5 stars, the technician on the phone with Brandon also 5 stars! Warranty team: stars are dropping off the longer I have wait to hear from them. Thank you Brandon for being so polite, doing a thorough check, and squeezing into the tight space to determine the problem.

Leonard did a great job repairing my washer. He made an unexpected finding. My machine was delivered and installed in 2021. Evidently the installers switched the hot/cold hose hook ups. This probably accounted for the issues the washer had developed and was exhibiting. I now am very disappointed in the whole installation process done in 2021 after finding this out. If the hoses had been hooked up correctly in the beginning, it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration dealing with the washer issues. I appreciate Leonard and the fact that he detected this and corrected.
