Great Technician - Sears not so much
Dwayne was great! The services provided are a bit deceitful and customers should be told upfront that if their appliance is NOT a Kenmore product, that parts are not carried and will require a follow-up visit. Not happy with Sears for using telemarketing firms and withholding information from people!
