I have had a lot of repairs performed through Sears in the past and have never experienced the of service and communication that was provided by Johnnie. He was excellent and deathly deserving of a five star review. Give the man a raise.

Friendly , professional and explained the current issue which required an electrian for the dryer. Also gave addition tips for checking on air flow once the current problem was fixed. He was timely - not too quick or too slow that I felt My issue was not important. Enjoyed working with Mark.

Aside from describing the problem as well as error code from machine I feel that the issue could have been solved on first visit.When I was first contacted and issue was for the most part already known it would have been solved in one visit as the part needed is probably readily available, instead of having to send repair people twice.Other than that I was very satisfied that it was completed within a week.

He's terrific, very competent. My big problem: SEARS is impossible to deal with. This is the 4th visit in a month. It is impossible to get a human on the phone, even when they say do you need to talk to a human, they don't connect you to one. It is all AI and it is insufficient. 1. Friday 8/15/25. Replaced pump. It was clogged. Different technician. I called to say it was still broken. 2. Part was ordered on Wednesday 8/20/25 and arrived Thursday. The record was not updated to say that I had the part, so I kept getting appointment scheduled and waiting but nobody showed up. It turned out to be the wrong part when the technician arrived on the following Monday 8/25/25. He ordered a different part. 3. Right part but it needed 2 technicians to move the stacked washer/dryer and only one came. That was the day after Labor Day, Tuesday 9/2/25. 4. Today 9/5/25. Supposed to be here 8-12. I had to cancel an appointment in the afternoon and wait. They arrived after 2:30. Very nice men, competent. It's finally working. Four weeks from the first call.
