Although, it was very expensive, we were very happy with Benny our tech. He came in and knew his stuff, and as of now his fix is holding with no leaks. He was helpful with a couple other issues in explaining how our washer worked. We were happy with his help.

From start to finish, Roberto was kmvery knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my machine and was able to fix it once the parts came in. Not only was he efficient, but he also took the time to explain everything he was doing and going to do. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and even took a moment to chat with my son, which was a nice touch. It's not everyday you find someone that combines skills with a pleasant attitude!
