The issues with this repair experience were with the slow painful process of getting my washer repaired (23 days from first call till repair), not the repairman. William was the bright spot in this ordeal. He was thorough in his trouble shooting and parts install.

The technician did a fantastic job was very professional. The scheduling on the other hand was not ! An appointment was scheduled four times and canceled and finally on the fifth try they showed up and repaired the washing machine. Unacceptable.
