Super Service!
Robert arrived as promised. He looked at and listened to my dryer and immediately knew and fixed the problem! He also cleaned and glued a small problem with my lint screen! My dryer is now working like a charm! Robert was friendly, informative, and helpful!

5 stars easily ! He is friendly,educated,professional and a patient as well as better than just good teacher. His helper ( I wish I knew his name) will be an asset to Sears for many years. I appreciate that Sears Home Services hires long-experienced repair men. This is the 2nd time we've called them and they know within half an hour what's needed on our machines. James helped me to see our dryer venting outside demonstrated a need to have that cleaned asap. Unfortunately for us, it's time to buy a new dryer. I trusted his advice and appreciated his kindness with our anxious doggy. Thank you James!
