Excellent service
Lauri gave me a half an hour leeway time with a phone call. She came in immediately looked at the machine knew exactly what to do. She answered all my questions gave me some suggestions. Lauri was very professional very personable and would love to have her in again if I ever need appliances repaired

Russell asked me about the prom and listen intently to my input. He then went to work and accurately diagnosed the dryer problem very quickly and was able to fix it on the spot. He then checked out the rest of the system, as well as the washing machine to make sure there were no installation errors. All in all, a very satisfactory experience. He arrived on time and gave me a heads up when he was enroute. His entire visit did not take very long and I am very happy with the result.

This was the second time Francisco was at my home. The first time he arrived to make the repair to find there were no parts on site so he examined the issue and ordered the parts. He came back the second time and repaired the dryer. Francisco was very professional and courteous. Sears on the other hand needs to improve their customer service and communication. I reported this claim on July 13 and my repair was completed on Sept 12. I was without a dryer for two months. I had two no show appointments by a technician after receiving a text and email confirming the date and time on both occasions. I had taken time off from work both days. This is unacceptable!
