Neal communicated with me regarding arrival time. He explained what and how he was repairing my washer. He also educated me about several things that I didn't know about maintenance of my appliances. I wish he would be my repairman always. He was head and shoulders above my last Sears repairman.

Patrick replaced the parts and did a test run and things worked. We ran the washer on a quick cycle without close and it worked fine. We put in a full load of clothes on the Normal cycle, and received a "No Draining" error, with the notation "Check pump filter". The filter is clean. I will request another service call.
