Your repairman was fantastic. He was able to find the problem fairly quickly, removed the foreign matter, and the machine had worked very well. I found him to be very professional, and a great asset to Sears. A job well done!!

My name is..spelt..Angila Laughlin. David is a very polite and very helpful technician. He completes his work very professionally. I rate David 5 stars.. But the Sears app...I do not like. It could not even find me by my phone # ..which is the same and only # I have been receiving texts from Sears When I wanted to do a chat to check on something. ..it kept saying could not find by that #. But, David is very professional.

The technicians themselves are great! I appreciate them for coming out and doing work on my appliance. However, the overall customer service from the company itself (SEARS) is AWFUL. They spent over TWO MONTHS just delaying this repair and taking forever to acquire the part needed to complete the assignment. THEN it took 4 DIFFERENT technicians to correctly diagnose the problem and get it finally fixed. The worst part is Sears has switched to an AI Customer Service Experience which disables the customer from speaking to anyone from this company to address these issues. What a crap service.
