Good job done
Joshua fixed my washer machine back to all 3 cycles working. Another company tried 4 attempts to fix it, and could not get all the cycles working properly. When I described issue to him over the phone, he knew what the issue was with looking examining the washer. He's a great technician.

Again, thank you for sending a Sears technician who are the only technicians who I want he our home. Sears have sent other than Sears Technicians who were extremely inefficient.
