Jorge L, the technician, was excellent: diagnosed problem; ordered part; a pleasure to have in our home; efficient. An excellent repair technician. The App, however, gets a 2: it's virtually useless. The customer only gets an 8-5:00 arrival time, whereas most other similar service providers at least give you an am/pm or 2-3 hour window the day before. Also, there's no phone number to call for information. The "bot" just tells you the same information that's on the texts and emails that you receive. Our repair was canceled once and rescheduled; so I put the whole day on hold and then got stood up, at the very end of the day, without an explanation. So electronic communication needs vast improvement. Jorge L did call when he was on his way, about 20 minutes before arrival, which was great.
