a qualified technician......personable ...good communication skills.....made sure the previous technician had diagnosed the problem correctly and then proceded to replace parts necessry.....more than satisfied with the service......also, well done on tracking the technician so I could work around the time frame.....

Peter was excellent. My experience with customer service was HORRIBLE. My name is spelled wrong and the street name is wrong. No one arrived during the time window. I got no information and did not know if they might still show up. I could get no info. I was not able to reach a real person. I wasted a whole day. At 4:30 the appt was rescheduled to the next day. There is no consideration of your customer's time. All in all it was way to frustrating and it wasted my time. I will not be using Sears Home services in the future.
