Chadwick was a great guy and did a great job. As far as making things better for the customers I would suggest that the service tech have parts available before they leave the shop , I believe this would cut costs and save on return trips to the customer. Also it would be nice to talk to a real person when explaining the problem with the product and then the service tech could bring the proper parts on the first trip . AI is not a suitable substitute for a real person.

My original appointment was set for Monday and Allen was running late so we rescheduled for today. Today was another busy day and while he arrived late to today's appointment. He treated me with respect and care. He was very apologetic and took his time to explain the processes and the problems. In a world where customer service and kindness is dying, I truly appreciated Allen as he made me valued as a customer.
