Chelsea installed a new heating element into my dryer. Chelsea was very helpful and explained what exactly what had to be done. I was very pleased with the service repair procedure. Chelsea was great! I am a happy customer!

The humans you have employed are awesome- all of them! I have met many lately. Assurant tech communication is terrible terrible terrible terrible. Iif you look back at our history this past summer (and I'm talking four + months of dysfunctional communication-a human will see it has been absolutely devoid of integrity. Assurant technologies is just a bunch of robots Why would I ever use them? I have asked at least 30 people and your reputation is now being demolished because of your laziness to try to actually work with your customers who are human. (or at least never actually set up a system to get the next level response back from a person.) This new idea of getting efficiency using this insane level of technology has cannibalised your business and will destroy your industry Technicians hate working for you I am guessing because they have no supervisor to work with problems. Customers hate you because we can't reach out to fix any issues-even of scheduling!! How many times did I reschedule? Because we were assigned a date and time that was not functional for us? How many times did you reschedule on us? Because of whatever reason? Got to love the 8 to 5 window weekend and week out! All concept of a customer/business relationship is gone. Additionally,there is no recourse with a dysfunctional machine despite multiple hours of attempts to reach anyone to discuss the repair level or at the next level up through GE Assurant has earned my disgust and fury! It clearly has no interest in servicing humans I want a full refund of my five year contract -sent this week I am Most sincerely committed to communicating this dysfunctional experience to my greater circle of influence, Jennifer Moller
