Our tech, Dan, arrived on time, and went right to work, checking our dryer and confirming he had the necessary part in his service van. He installed it and made several adjustments that now have it running like new. Great tech, great service.

Sears even showed us if sooner appointments were available and David was able to let us know when he was on our way. Great experience overall. Technicians are great. But, you really need to find a way to narrow the window of arrival. Your message board finally gave details early afternoon 2:00or so-and said arrival would be around 9:10. ???! People sit at home all day when they have other things to do. Even AM or PM would help. Even a 4 hour window would be better!
