Outstanding Service
Donald H. and his team were absolutely incredible. I went online late Thursday night to request service, and they were out the very next morning to diagnose the issue. They quickly determined the problem, ordered the parts, and had my washing machine completely repaired by Wednesday—less than a week! My washer is running better than ever now. Donald and his helpers were super friendly, professional, and efficient. The company itself was great to work with from start to finish. Kyle arrived promptly along with a pleasant smile. He quickly reviewed he would be replacing the part and should take only a few minutes. He was right, only took a few minutes. His work was clean, wiped the dryer to make it clean. Really good experience.

I made an appointment with Sears on 10/5/25 when my dryer started making a noise that sounded like it was " grinding rocks". I picked an appointment date that worked for my schedule. I signed up for texts and alerts. I was given updates and reminders up until the actual appointment day. They even offered me a sooner day but, it didn't work for my schedule. Day of service I was able to track the technicians arrival time! Which was great! John arrived around 8:13-8:20 AM. He was polite, prepared and diagnosed the issue within a few minutes! 10/10 recommend! My dryer sounds like it should again!
