The tech Danial is friendly and provides great customer service. I, however, dislike the AI computerized system. The system indicated tech arrival by 8:38 am, except he arrived after 1:00 pm. My parents are elderly. I made arrangements for somebody to meet my dad and the tech. As it turns out, there was no need to wake my 91 year old dad early in the morning to meet the tech. Both were waiting for tech at the scheduled time of 8:38 am. Very frustrating when you can't each a human being when trying to get answers. The AI system needs fixing to help customers with open work orders reach a human being that can answer quations.
