Keith did a great job in checking out our dryer. The AI did a poor job of setting up my appointment. In the past a human would set all 5 appliance on the same day. A better use of your maintenance workers time.

Jose the technician was fantastic - professional, competent, and patient. But your AI assistant Samantha is the very worst and your appointment system is broken. After five cancellations, I finally got my washing machine fixed after three weeks of waiting. It would serve you well to have real people to provide customer service.
