Excellent!
Shane thoroughly checked out the issue with my aging Frigidaire washer. He was able to give me a cost estimate on all of the parts that were needed for the repair. It was easy to see that it was cheaper to buy a new washer. Shane recommended a low cost LG model and advised me on questions to ask the dealer regarding installation, delivery, and haul away costs. I would use him again and highly recommend him to diagnose any appliance issue.

Mark is an excellent technician! I had scheduled a service appointment for my washing machine. The day of the appointment, he called and let me know approximately when he would arrive. He also called when he was en route. He quickly diagnosed the issue, but he had to order parts. When the parts arrived, I set another appointment. He arrived as early as possible and fixed the issue. I would definitely recommend him and this service!
