Neel kept us informed as to his arrival time and arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional and got to work right away. He also noticed our dryer was leaning a bit and helped to adjust the legs which we appreciated very much. All together a great experience.

The technician was great - punctual, knowledgeable, thorough. The only negative part of the experience was that to make the appointment online I was forced to opt in to marketing emails (spam!) and then I had to go to the trouble to opt out. That's not a great way to treat customers. It's actually illegal in some jurisdictions because it's so obnoxious. Please consider using a different user interface. Your customers and technicians deserve better.
