My Sears Experience on 10/14/25

James was great. Notification of when he would arrive sucked. Early today it notified me he would be here between 10-11am. Then updated to 1121am. It even remained on that time up until he arrived around 330pm. I had several family matters to take care of and ended up waiting here all day. Given this experience, I doubt I will contact Sears in the future.
