Under our Sears home warranty contract, we have been without a washer for over 7 months. During that time, Abdul has been to our house 3 times. He did everything possible to initiate a replacement but his efforts were hindered by an extremely inefficient and cumbersome system. I recommend Abdul's work but the customer facing Home Warranty system is terrible.

Very upset how long it took for a technician to fix my washer. I waited 2 months due to one part not delivered and returned out it now back order. The 2 parts received only use 1 part. The primary part I had from the beginning fixed my washer. Technician Joel did a great job in fixing our washer. The waiting for parts was a frustrating process.
