Couldn't have been more pleased with Ronnie's service. He took care of the problems quickly and even started to clean my floor until I told him he didn't have to do that. He was great!

The experience with Sears was awful. It took 12 days and 2 visits to repair a simple problem. The cost was prohibitively high. They charged me $109.73 for a part that costs $30 from Whirlpool.

The technician arrived at the expected time. He demonstrated the use of the test screen and provided information on resetting the electronics. He provided information on repair costs (almost as much as a new washer) and expectations on the shortened life of current appliances.

Eric was fantastic! Parts arrived on time but scheduled fix time got moved back due to uncontrollable company schedule circumstances, he arrived even earlier than I expected on the date of service and fixed it in a flash! Very thankful to have bought the extra protection and to have someone who knows what they're doing to fix the issue!

Very comprehensive assessment & replacement of component parts in addition to the thermafuse - that may be causing the thermafuse to blow. Checked air flow with instrumentation. Pleased with the service!
