The service tech, Ben was professional, friendly, and shared his knowledge. The appointment process however was difficult. After receiving multiple texts daily for several days, including the day of, confirming my appointment, it was cancelled. The only available option offered was for the very next day with another nine hour window. Two days given up for a service call under warranty. I won't know for some time if the service even solved the problem. Time will tell.

Raymond kept in constant contact with us before and during the entire process. He was prompt, courteous and the quality of his work was outstanding. As far as the AI and over the phone customer service goes.... the AI status was mostly wrong when we checked on parts status. The customer service person did not want to hear us when we tried to explain that the replacement part did arrived however it was damaged. I spoke with her on and off for "several days" trying to explain a new replacement part needed to be ordered but she was "insistent" that the part was being delivered. She was wrong!!!! No part ever arrived. Finally I was able to speak with Raymond and he resolved the problem immediately by ordering the part which arrived quickly and he came out earlier than scheduled, to repair the dryer. (I could not get AI to set up an earlier repair date because it thought the part was on backorder) Without Raymond I'm sure I would still be waiting for parts and installation.

I am so impressed by the level of service received from Oscar and Dallas regarding my dryer situation. Parts were ordered delivered and replaced. Oscar suggested a washer and dryer cleaning and he did it while he was here. All of the gentleman that have worked on my service call have gone above and beyond. Excellent customer service, excellent explanation of the issues with the dryer and suggesting vent cleaning and very helpful information regarding keeping my washer and dryer in good working order
