Cornelius and his apprentice, Daniel, did an excellent job on our Kenmore washer. Cornelius, as an experienced senior technician and manager, is smart, articulate and courteous. All techs that showed up to perform repairs were very professional and attentive. In the other hand all your replacement parts left little to be desired. It took five different parts before we received one that worked properly. Also your appointment center was just as bad. AI does not understand the problems you are having. I requested afternoon appointments and AI kept scheduling morning ones. Had to re-scheduled several times.
