Darren was great fast and efficient. But trying to get a hold of Renee to help me with any issues or problems I have. What's a big problem. I need to get a hold of person so when I have an issue or a problem I can get it solved right then your IA service is garbage. After 3 re-schedules, we finally got a technician this morning. We were happy that we appeared to be first stop this morning. Because it is a gas dryer, my husband was worried about possible breaks and failing parts that could cause gas leak and/or sparks and cause a fire. Kenneth was patient and very helpful; explained the situation to him and what to look for in the future. There was no repair required today for our 5-year old dryer. Thank you.
