Roy was an excellent technician. It took 3 days to get the repair done. 2 missed appointments. I wasted one whole day waiting for a technician that never came. At the end of that day, I was told that it was put off for a day. He was two hours late from the time the online notification said he would be here. BUT I must say, once he got here it was a very pleasant experience. I was impressed with Roy.

Too bad Sears, in general, isn't as great as Darrin. One of the oldest companies in US, and your phone people, and the way you do things is TERRIBLE!!!! I just retired and our company knew how to track ordered parts, knew to call to reschedule instead of just throwing it out to a customer. WOW! How did you get such a great tech?
