It didn't take Brandon long to figure out what the problem was. We never knew there was a filter on the front of the machine at the floor level. We were stunned. He was very thorough and checked everything. I would recommend him to everyone. Brandon is a very knowledgeable, bright, courteous and respectful young man. He was definitely raised right!!!

Daniel and his helper arrived past their time window by nearly two hours as there was a problem finding a helper, and this was a two-man job. Daniel and his helper -- the repairman who had been here twice before this job -- got right to work. All the parts had been shipped directly to me, so there was no delay in starting the job. They worked quickly for such a big job and left virtually no mess for me. The only criticism I have is I was left with two defective parts and several cardboard boxes. This was no fault of Daniel or his helper, and they did put the parts in my recycle bin. You may want to address this flaw as at my age (84) it was a bit of a task to cut up the boxes for recycling. Thank you.
