Francisco performed the repair on my dryer. He was very respectful of my home. He explained the problem and ordered the appropriate part. Part was replaced and he suggested I get the dryer vent cleaned sooner than later to maintain dryer working with proper air flow. He also suggested I get a flexible dryer vent which I purchased and he replaced it for me. All in all Francisco was very nice and thorough. Thank you.

The only issue I have is with communication I did not receive any updates on arrival time I had to keep logging in to get a code to see anything till 15 minutes till he got here he called which was at the end of the 9 hour waiting period
