Washer repair
Casey is the epitome oh the perfect repairman. He explained everything and fixed my machine. I wish you had sent him at the very beginning. I'd rate him 5 star. The first repair person you sent came 3 different times and was unable to fix the problem. I think you should have sent someone else earlier. I think it's reasonable to expect a successful repair at the first appointment. In this case parts had to be ordered so another appointment was needed and that was understandable. 4 visits over 2 1/2 weeks was not the greatest service. I also think it would be helpful if you would provide a better window in telling when the repair person would be arriving—maybe morning or afternoon.

Don came in happy and helpful. He examined my dryer the laid out the options, completely ok that I chose to forego his services and buy a new dryer instead of repairing the old one. I did sign up for the appliance warranty program, so my service fee was applied to the cost of that. Win/Win!

This was a great experience. We have not had a dryer for two weeks. I kept getting updates through text messages which I appreciate Danny was right on time at 8:20. He quickly and efficiently fixed the dryer. Also did some cleaning very professional very respectful I could not have asked for a better experience. Danny was the best. 😃
