Tarrance was excellent. Pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, all round nice person. The communications by Sears were cumbersome and confounding. Sears ordered the part which never shipped. Sears should have rescheduled.

Scheduling the appointment was cumbersome with your AI. I was asked to repeat myself over and over. I sent images, explained the situation and none of it made it to your rep. I must have had 15 emails and texts asking me to sign in for updates only there was no update!! What a giant waste of time. I can't use you again as you wasted so much time. Vincent was great! Knew his stuff and could isolate the problem but couldn't solve it as it lies with duct work.

We had just moved here to Alabama and the washing machine was supposed to have been in great shape, but that was not the case. We would love to have Allison back to work on any of our appliances.
